A colour that feels like yours, graphics you enjoy seeing on every ride. We paint every frame by hand, to give your Officine Mattio the look you chose.
No stickers.
Logos, lines and fades are made by hand with an airbrush, with no decorative decals. Every design requires precise masking and successive layers of colour.
Painting takes place a few steps from our headquarters, under the supervision of Roberto Barra, co-founder of Officine Mattio.
From preparation to finish.
Primer preparation, colour application, graphics and final inspection. Every stage contributes to the quality of the surface. We select our paints for adhesion and long-term durability.

Stage 1Preparation
The raw frame is sanded and receives three coats of primer, for an even surface on which to lay the colour.

Stage 2Painting and curing
The colour is mixed by hand and applied in the spray booth, in several passes. The frame then goes into the oven, where the paint cures and hardens.

Stage 3Graphics and details
Masking defines the areas to be painted. Logos, lines and fades are made by hand with the airbrush.

Stage 4Finish inspection
Once painting is complete, every frame is inspected. Any surface irregularities are corrected before assembly.

Serpentinite. The colour of our origins.
Serpentinite is inspired by the rocks of Monviso, the mountain that towers over our land and appears in the Officine Mattio logo.
Hand finishing recreates its shades on the surface of the frame. A nod to the landscape we know and the roads we ride.
