The Columbus XCR tube set has been the major advancement in high-performance steel technology over the last 25 years; namely, it was the first range of seamless stainless-steel tubing.
It is made of a stainless-steel alloy with superior features, making it possible to manufacture framesets weighing less than 1.5 kilos, and with a stiffness-to-weight ratio even greater than aluminum and titanium. The Columbus Spirit HSS tube set is the pinnacle of innovation in the Columbus range. The Spirit HSS set uses the special Omnicrom alloy, incorporating chromium, molybdenum and vanadium. Compared to the regular Spirit tubing, which exhibits a classic and round geometry, the HSS set has a special tapered and bent shaping.

The Santiago Aluminium is made of Dedacciai Force 7005 alloy. Dedacciai has designed and manufactured light aluminum alloy tubing for more than 20 years.
Officine Mattio uses AEGIS class tubing: state of the art light tubing, designed for racing and high performances frames.
